I bought a 3+1+1 sofa before 3 years and it started tearing off. They had told me this comes up with a 5 year warranty and when I reported this, now they are saying it has only 1 year warranty. They dont have any warranty card or anything else. Normal people buy a sofa for this huge price and brand name thinking that it will last for atleast 10 years.
When I called them, they are now busy with GST and cannot look at any complaints. They told they will check my complaint on email with pics and call back. Its around a month and they havent even called back. Pathetic after sales service. Never ever go for this or recommend it.
